Originally founded in 2018 by Carlos Lloveras and his wife Isabel Gomis, Golden State Development has strongly remained as a family business with core values in integrity and outstanding work. With strong architectural background in commercial and residential work Carlos and Isabel managed to expand from the design, planning and entitlements process to full ground-up construction and remodeling projects in Southern California.
